Welcome to Continuous Automation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, automation software, custom tool development services, and license management system. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Software Licensing & HWID Binding

Our automation software is distributed under a strict licensing model. When you purchase or subscribe to a software product:

• Single Device Restriction: Most licenses are strictly bound to a specific Hardware ID (HWID). You may not use the software on multiple machines simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by your license tier.
• License Reset Policy: Resetting an HWID requires administrative approval or can be done automatically through the user dashboard if allowed by the specific product terms. Abuse of the reset system will result in license termination.
• Resale Prohibited: You may not resell, transfer, or share your license key with third parties without our prior written consent.

2. Custom Tool Orders

We provide custom automation tool development ("Custom Tools"). When you place an order for a Custom Tool:

• The scope of work, timeline, and cost will be agreed upon before development begins.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the intellectual property and source code of the Custom Tool remain the property of Amar Automation. You are granted a license to use the compiled tool.
• We are not responsible if the target platform of the automation tool updates its systems and breaks the tool's functionality post-delivery, though we do offer paid maintenance plans.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our automation tools or services for any unlawful, malicious, or highly disruptive activities. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the software to conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, distribute malware, or bypass critical security measures of third-party platforms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or bypass the license verification and HWID protection of our software.
• Use data scraping tools in violation of the target website's Terms of Service or local privacy laws. You are solely responsible for how you use the extracted data.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate license revocation without a refund and a permanent ban from our platform.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our software and the resources required for custom development, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been activated or custom development has commenced. If the software fails to perform its advertised core functions on a supported operating system, you must contact support within 7 days for troubleshooting. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our tools and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that our software will be entirely free of bugs, or that it will operate without interruption. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
